HELLO YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!! welcome back to another episode of Amber's Happy Hour. Summer has officially come to what feels like a short end. Amber heads out to Calgary on a mini road trip with her best friends, and on their day off they sit down and recorded an episode. They give you a brief summary on how their trip is going so far and explain how almost everyone on the first day dealt with one too many near death experiences. They also share how they are holding up mentally and answer a few of your submitted questions. hope you enjoy! 

BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE IS HARD

Welcome back Happy Hour Fam to this week's episode. In this episode, Amber is joined by her sisters Poonam and Prava in a discussion of what it is like being a student-athlete. University for most people is never easy and COVID isn't making it any better. They each share the struggles they all face within their programs and how mentally draining it can be. However, they enlighten you with their tricks and tips on how to stay on track and focus during the school year. Hopefully, this episode becomes very helpful for you academically.

On this weeks episode of Amber's Happy Hour, she is joined by a very special guest all the way from the east coast, the one and only Jaslan Stirling. They share the many times mental health has taken a toll on their lives and how they both have just hit rock bottom. Both girls explain their stories and share many ways on how to cope and simply handle some of the tough times that mental health can throw at you. 

My best friend came out to her parents..

In this week's episode, Amber's special guest is none other than her best friend Jasleen. As they begin to start admiring their 13yr friendship. Jasleen later explains how she managed to share the big news of her sexuality to her friends and family.  Being from the South Asian community, coming out is expected to be very difficult but for her it was very easy.
